Large kidney hook, hypoallergenic, nickel free, lead free, all the free’s. Gold pairs have a gold plated hook with a brass charm. Silver pairs have a silver plated hook with a stainless steel charm.
*please note that brass can tarnish over time but is extremely easy to polish if it does
